I am a founder member of StoneHaven Psychotherapy Centre, where I practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor for groups and individuals. A good part of my working life is involved in training psychotherapists, supervisors and facilitating workshops on various therapeutic topics.

I was trained as a Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapist and have a masters degree in Supervision from Essex University, UK.

I worked for 10 years in the Limerick Rape Crisis Centre and then set up in private practice in StoneHaven Psychotherapy Centre, having a total of nearly 30 years experience of working as a psychotherapist and 20 years experience of supervising.

I have a strong interest in supervision and training and am a member of staff at the Tivoli Institute in Dublin and course director of Super.Vision Training. Previously I worked as a trainer at the Center for Biodynamic Psychotherapy and on the MA in Integrative Psychotherapy, University of Limerick.

I offer workshops on supervision (which can be designed for a groups specific needs), solution focused brief therapy, trauma, working with cultural difference and other topics.

I work with cultural differences and diversity, travelling annually, to Nepal where I train psychologists in trauma and supervision. I have written several articles on my work in Nepal. I am developing a professional supervision training programme in Nepal for those ‘working in the helping professions’.
